As the leaves fall and we start to enjoy our pumpkin spice latte's, prepare for Halloween and put our fall decorations out, it's also time to get our running shorts and sneakers on for the annual Have a Heart 5k Walk and Run!
Every year we get a new winner for the kids race and the usual runners show up from the competitive runner practicing for the marathon or the casual runner that wants to see how they do.
The sign-up form is available to choose either run or walk on our events page here and I hope we get an even bigger turn out this year.
